インドネシアのカカオ豆を現地農園と共に栽培し上質なチョコレートを作り続けるダリケー。そのダリケーの長期出店の空間デザインを担当。現地感を表現するために木箱梱包から着想を得た什器や、大理石などのイメージがあるヨーロッパのチョコとは違い、農園と密接に結びついてチョコレートを作っているということから、樹脂モルタルの質感で農園を表現。
年末やバレンタインには商品の回転も早いため、十分なストックスペースを確保し、店頭でのオペレーションなども考慮した什器を提案した。

DariK” produces high quality chocolates by growing Indonesian cacao beans with local farms. matic is in charge of the space design for the long-term limited store. In order to express the local feel, the fixtures were inspired by the wooden box packaging, and the texture of the resin mortar was used to express the farm because the chocolate is closely tied to the farm, unlike European chocolates, which have the image of marble.
Since products turn over quickly at the end of the year and during Valentine’s Day, we proposed fixtures that ensure sufficient stocking space and take store operations into account.
